DFMEA Facilitator

• The position of DFMEA Facilitator is responsible for supporting the initiation, management andsuccessful completi on of system and subsystem DFMEA documents and coordinate with engineeringfunctions to support the development of generic exhaust component DFMEA documents for converters,mufflers, and valves.
• The role includes supporting the identification of program risk thro ugh thedevelopment, application, and presentation of risk metrics at key program milestone meetings, trackmaturity level of all pr oject DFMEA's, and ensure DFMEA Teams follow the DFMEAstandards.
• The DFMEA Facilitator will also work with the Glob al Systems Engineering team indeveloping and incorporating lessons learned into generic DFMEA templates for common products, andsu pport implementation of industry leading DFMEA methods into global DFMEA standards.
