What you need - 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus oncloud-native applications
- Strong programming skills in cloud-native environments, preferablyGo/C/C++/Python
- Proficiency in microservices development, API design, and messaging frameworks (suchas Kafka, gRPC, REST)
- Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle, including documentation,design, implementation, unit tests, and debugging skills
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, DB's, and containerorchestration. - advantage
- Experience with O-RAN architecture or networking protocols is a plus
- Experience with observability tools, cloud scaling, and dependency management incloud environments is a plus
What you will do - - Design and develop robust cloud-native applications and services within our cloud environment
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, sharing your expertise and fostering best practices within the team
- Contribute to elevating the team's software development practices to industry standards
- Actively support product delivery activities and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes
- Analyze and enhance product performance, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability
- Translate complex technical specifications into actionable software requirements and detailed development plans
