Location: Mumbai/Pune/Chennai

Experience: 7+ Years

Full-Time | Onsite/Hybrid/Remote

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to drive end-to-end development, guide engineering teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products. If you're a strong leader with solid architectural expertise and hands-on proficiency across backend, frontend, and cloud platformsthis role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable applications.
• Mentor and guide developers; provide technical direction and performance feedback.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and help remove technical blockers.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and standards.
• Work closely with Product & Delivery teams to convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Contribute to technology strategy, project planning, and hiring efforts.

Technical Skills Required

Backend: Node.js, Python (FastAPI)

Frontend: ReactJS or AngularJS

Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL

Cloud Platforms: AWS / GCP / Azure

Good to Have: RESTful APIs, Microservices, CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
