Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Boomi Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of hands-on experience in Dell Boomi platform development, with a proven track record of designing, building, and deploying complex integration solutions. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of enterprise-grade integration patterns and best practices. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, mentoring junior staff, and serving as a subject matter expert on the Boomi platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end integration solutions using the Dell Boomi platform.

• Architect and implement complex integrations between various on-premise and cloud applications (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Workday, etc.).

• Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for Boomi projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and production support.

• Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues and escalations related to Boomi integrations.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Boomi processes for performance and reliability.

• Develop and maintain documentation for all integration processes, designs, and configurations.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and best practices of the Dell Boomi platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Dell Boomi developer, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.

• Extensive experience with Boomi Atomsphere, API Management, Master Data Hub (MDH), and B2B/EDI.

• Deep knowledge of integration patterns, such as synchronous, asynchronous, publish/subscribe, and request/reply.

• Proficiency in web services technologies (SOAP, REST) and data formats (XML, JSON).

• Experience with various connectors, including but not limited to, Salesforce, SAP, database (JDBC), and FTP.

• Solid understanding of database concepts and the ability to write complex SQL queries.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of leading and mentoring teams.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

• Dell Boomi certification(s) is a significant plus.
