Job Description

Senior Salesforce Developer

Years of Experience: 8-10 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in Salesforce Lightning development, particularly in transforming existing user interfaces into Lightning-compatible frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Apex and a deep understanding of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes. This role involves collaborating with design teams to implement wireframes and HTML mock-ups provided by Cadence, ensuring a seamless transition to a modern, efficient user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Transform existing UI into a Lightning-compatible framework based on provided wireframes and HTML mock-ups.
  • Read and convert Apex logic into a Lightning-compatible framework.
  • Develop and implement solutions in Salesforce Lightning, utilizing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning templates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development and maintain high-quality code standards.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends.

Mandatory Skills

  • Proven experience in Salesforce Lightning development, specifically with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Strong proficiency in Apex programming and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Experience in transforming UI designs into functional web applications.
  • Ability to work with wireframes and HTML effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce CPQ Specialist) are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
