Lead / L3 Responsibilities
- Support Local and Global IT Network Requirements:
- Provide ongoing support for local and global IT network needs, coordinating with both technical teams and business operations to ensure effective issue resolution and network performance.
- Problem Identification and Resolution:
- Anticipate, mitigate, identify, respond to, and resolve issues affecting network and system performance, efficiency, and availability. Recommend, schedule, and perform network improvements, upgrades, and repairs.
- Team Leadership and Guidance:
- Lead and guide the team in troubleshooting network issues, conducting infrastructure assessments, and simplifying or redesigning the network to improve performance and scalability. Data Network - Routing & Switching
