D365 CRM Technical Developer Tech Lead Experience: 612 Years | Level: C5 | Location: Bangalore, India (Mandatory) Engagement: Project-based | Start: Immediate
Job Summary: We are looking for a D365 CRM Technical Developer with strong hands-on development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The candidate will be responsible for technical development, customisation, and integration of CRM modules as part of an active digital transformation engagement for a Philippines-based education institution client.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize D365 CRM modules Plugins, Custom Workflows, Business Rules, JavaScript, PCF Controls
- Design and implement Power Automate flows and Power Apps within the CRM ecosystem
- Build and maintain REST API integrations between D365 CRM and external systems (Applicant Portal, FinOps, Payment Gateway)
- Perform Dual Write configuration and troubleshooting between D365 CRM and FinOps
- Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, code reviews and sprint demos (Agile/Scrum)
- Work closely with Functional/BA team to convert requirements into technical solutions
- Manage deployments via Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Perform unit testing and resolve defects raised during UAT cycles
- Document technical design and solution architecture
Mandatory Skills:
- 69 years overall IT experience with minimum 4+ years in D365 CRM technical development
- Strong in Plugin development, Custom Workflows, JavaScript, PCF Controls
- Data verse entity customization, relationships, forms, views, security roles
- Power Platform Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages
- D365 CRM REST API integrations OData, Web API
- Azure DevOps (ADO) CI/CD pipelines, branch management, deployments
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
Preferred Skills:
- D365 FinOps and Dual Write integration experience
- Azure services Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus
- Education / Higher Education domain experience
- Microsoft certifications PL-400, MB-210, MB-910
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
- 612 years of experience with strong hands-on D365 CRM technical focus
- Must be based in Bangalore no remote / relocation candidates
