Technical Lead – D365 CE /CRM

Core Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

• Develop CE components: plugins, custom workflow actions, Dataverse logic

• Implement CIJ real-time event ingestion (custom event schemas, HTTP calls, Azure Functions)

• Build integrations between CE & CIJ (contact sync, enrichment, event triggers)

• Support real-time segments via clean data pipelines & enrichment logic

• Implement branching/journey logic requirements via technical configurations

• Build CIJ custom channels (API-based SMS/WhatsApp/Push connectors)

• Implement consent automation (API + Dataverse logic)

• Support environment setup, ALM, DevOps & deployment processes

• 4–7 years CE technical development experience

• Strong C# plugin development & Dataverse customizations

• Hands-on Power Automate and Azure integration experience

• Familiar with CIJ RTM event architecture, custom event ingestion & triggers

• Good understanding of branching logic and event-driven journeys

• Experience with API-based custom channels for outbound communication

• Working knowledge of consent center automation & compliance
