Technical Lead D365 F & O

Experience Required:

• At least 7+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics FO or prior versions of Dynamics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in Azure Services: Work with Azure services, Lifecycle Services Management, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, and API Management.
• Technical Architecture & Development: In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance Operations technical architecture, development tools such as X++ and MorphX.
• Integration Frameworks: Expertise in Azure IPaaS, Data Entities, OData, Power Platform, BYOD, and Azure SQL Server.
• Design & Patterns: Ability to develop designs, patterns, and blueprints for ERP implementation.
• Legacy Systems: Expertise in describing architecture components for potential alternatives for legacy applications.
• SME Role: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for D365 FO Technical architecture, development methodologies, best practices, BYOD, Azure SQL, Azure IPaaS, and Electronic reporting.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated build, testing, and deployment of Dynamics 365 FO.
• Source Code Management: Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and release pipelines within Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Financial & Supply Chain Solutions: Design and implement financial and supply chain management solutions.
• Troubleshooting & Guidance: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to technical consultants on the team.
• ISV Solutions: Manage and maintain ISV solutions and handle release management activities through the end-to-end lifecycle.
• GDPR Compliance: Extensive experience working with GDPR compliance requirements.
• MS Feature Upgrades: Experience with performance management of MS Feature upgrades and Hotfixes.
• X++ Expertise: Experience in X++ programming for customizations.
• Team Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring that the solution meets best practices, performance, security, and compliance requirements.

Nice to Have:

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customization and Extension: Design and implement customizations, integrations, reports, extensions (ISVs), release management, and data migrations for Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain solutions.
