- Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules across ongoing projects, ensure that timelines are met in accordance with the project roadmap
- Direct and provide ongoing leadership for a team of individual contributors, set objectives, review performances, define growth plan and nurture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7-13 years of experience in software architecture and enterprise application development.
- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience architecting or managing Loan Origination Systems (LOS) in an NBFC or BFSI setup.
- Strong experience with digital lending platforms, microservices architecture, and workflow engines.
- Expertise in integrating with credit bureaus, KYC platforms
- Solid understanding of database technologies (RDBMS and NoSQL), caching, and performance tuning.
- Experience in agile delivery, DevOps practices, and distributed system architecture
