Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead and support offshore development teams technically and ensure sprint deliverables are completed on time.
Design and develop solutions using J2EE architecture.
Guide team members in design, coding standards, and unit testing practices.
Participate actively in development activities as part of the core engineering team.
Mentor and support junior developers in technical execution and problem-solving.
Take ownership of assigned work as well as overall team deliverables.
Analyze and resolve critical production and support issues with priority handling.
Coordinate with support and business teams for issue resolution and requirement clarity.
Ensure high-quality code delivery aligned with project standards and timelines.
