In this role as the Manager, Supply Chain Analyst to join a high-impact analytics team responsible for improving operational outcomes in our Planning and Allocation team as well as the broader supply chain.

Our Supply Chain Analytics team serves as the company's central analytics authority on inventory, the lifeblood of the company, and its movement through the supply chain. We work with stakeholders across the organization including Merchandising, Transportation, and Distribution Operations to translate complex operational data into clear insights, recommendations, and tools that drive measurable improvements.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems, partnering with business leaders, and using analytics to influence real-world outcomes at scale.

Your work will focus on driving business outcomes through data.

You will partner with leaders across Planning and Allocation and Supply Chain to solve high-impact operational problems involving inventory and product flow.

Typical work includes:

• Building analytical tools and frameworks that guide supply chain decisions at scale

• Conducting root cause analysis on operational issues

• Optimizing system parameters that power inventory flow

• Developing executive-level narratives on opportunities and plans for action

Your work will directly influence decisions affecting inventory productivity, supply chain efficiency, and sales across the growing BJ's network. The insights generated by this role directly shape how inventory is planned, allocated, and moved across the supply chain.

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in an analytical role (supply chain, operations, or retail experience preferred).

• Office Environment: Hybrid position with 3-days per week in Genpact, Prestige Tech Park, Bangalore office.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and/or demonstrates capability to perform job responsibilities through previous experience

• Relevant years of professional experiences

• SAP: Proven experience with data extraction, navigation, and functional analysis within the SAP environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Advanced Excel: VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex nested formulas. You should be comfortable handling and cleaning large datasets.

• Analytical Mindset: An ability to not just report the what, but explain the why behind the numbers.

• Communication: Ability to explain technical data findings to concerned stakeholders (e.g., Managers or Leads).

• Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to troubleshooting system discrepancies and data gaps.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.

• Ability to process a high volume of information accurately and efficiently.

• Leadership and team management experience is mandatory
