Technical Lead

Role- As400 Lead Developer

Job Location - Pune

Experience -9 to 15 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain AS400 applications. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Modify and enhance existing AS400 programs.

8+ years of experience in AS400/iSeries development. Proficiency in RPG, CL, COBOL, and SQL. Experience with DB2 databases. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.

Perform unit testing and resolve software defects. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AS400 systems. Document code, processes, and procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project delivery.

Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Assist in system upgrades and migrations. Ensure data integrity and security within AS400 applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
