We are seeking a Technical Lead with expertise in Pega Infinity to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing Pega applications, leading teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega Infinity applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the quality and performance of the Pega applications through code reviews and testing.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and Pega methodologies.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Pega applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and trends.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-9 years of experience in Pega Infinity development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and Pega platform features.
- Experience with application design and architecture using Pega methodologies.
- Proficiency in Java and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
