Job Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, system architecture standards, and best practices for scalability and performance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering growth in Dynamics 365 expertise while ensuring code quality, efficient development practices, and timely delivery of solutions.
Expertly configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance Operations, etc.) using Power Platform, C++ (if applicable), and other relevant tools, ensuring seamless integration with third-party applications and systems.
Drive end-to-end technical solutions, including integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, and external APIs), leveraging Azure services, web services, and data integration techniques.
Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 updates, new features, and Microsoft technologies, evaluating and recommending enhancements to continually improve system capabilities, user experience, and overall performance.
Expertise handling team and end to end delivery.
