We are looking for a Tech Lead (Full Stack Developer) who can take ownership of end-to-end application development while guiding the technical direction of our IT team. This role is a blend of senior backend and frontend development, along with technical leadership and decision-making responsibilities.
Role Overview:
The Tech Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications while mentoring developers, reviewing code, and ensuring best practices across projects. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in Angular (frontend) and .NET Core (backend) and has worked as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Frontend Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive front-end applications using Angular.
- Implement clean, reusable, and maintainable HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap UI components.
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, functional web interfaces.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs seamlessly.
- Optimize front-end performance for speed, scalability, and usability.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve UI-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to UI/UX best practices and design consistency.
Backend Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core (C#).
- Implement scalable and secure server-side logic.
- Build, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs for platform integrations.
- Manage databases and ensure efficient data handling using SQL Server.
- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
- Debug and resolve backend and integration issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and system architecture references.
Tech Lead & Ownership Responsibilities:
- Guide and mentor frontend and backend developers.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Participate in technical planning, architecture decisions, and estimations.
- Collaborate with project manager to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support Agile processes and sprint planning.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer or Tech Lead.
- Strong expertise in Angular for frontend development.
- Strong expertise in .NET Core (C#) for backend development.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive design.
- Experience with SQL Server and database design.
- Strong understanding of API design and backend integrations.
- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to microservices architecture.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of performance optimization and basic accessibility standards.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4 years + of experience infrontend and Backend development, preferably with Angular-based projects and .NET technologies.
