Job Description

Position -Technical Lead

Experience - 6+yr

Location - Hyderabad

working-Mode - Hybrid

Key Skill Set (Must Have):

  • JavaScript, Node.js, ReactJS / Angular, AI
  • Team Handling (3+ years)
  • SQL & NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra)
  • Scalable Web Application Development
  • Linux Environment
  • Strong Debugging & Problem-Solving
  • End-to-End Product Development Lifecycle
  • CI/CD (Jenkins, DevOps basics)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage development teams
  • Architect and develop scalable, secure solutions
  • Ensure high coding standards and best practices
  • Define project roadmap, timelines, and delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution
  • Mentor and guide junior developers
  • Drive a high-performance engineering culture

  • AI/ML, NLP, Predictive Analytics
  • Python
  • AI Tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini)
  • Payment Gateway Integration
  • UI/UX & i18n knowledge
