Java Technical Lead

Experience: 6- 10 Years

Location: PAN India- Hyderbad

Required Technical Skill Set: Core Java (Java 8+), Spring / Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, SQL, Git, CI/CD

Must-Have:

1. Strong hands-on experience in Core Java and advanced Java concepts (multithreading, collections, JVM tuning, exception handling).

2. Extensive experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

3. Strong knowledge of RESTful web services, API design, and integration patterns.

4. Experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate / JPA.

5. Solid understanding of RDBMS (Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL) and SQL optimization.

6. Experience with version control and build tools (Git, Maven/Gradle).

7. Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

8. Strong experience working in offshore delivery models and collaborating with onsite stakeholders.

9. Proven technical leadership skills – design reviews, code reviews, and solution guidance.

10. Ability to mentor and guide junior developers and drive best engineering practices.

Good-to-Have:

1. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

2. Knowledge of messaging systems.

3. Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.

4. Prior experience in BFSI domain.

5. Awareness of application security and performance tuning.
