Role & Responsibilities
- At least 6 - 8 years of work experience in a similar role or demonstrate expertise in cards and payments processes and Support.
- Payment system expertise - in depth knowledge payment processing flows and experience provide production support for payments product such as Paypoint, Speedpay or similar system (electronic bill payment gateways, card services, merchant acquiring)
- Familiar with technical environment that likely includes API's, Microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP), and database (SQL/NO SQL)
- Experience in 24X7 production support env.
- Experience in providing production support for Core Java , Spring boot, React JS and Microservices based application.
- Hands on experience and Very Strong fundamentals in Core Java, React JS and Microservices.
- Should have very good experience into Reading Logs.
- Strong coding experience is necessary.
- Excellent analytical, debugging and problem solving skills are mandatory.
- Solid troubleshooting abilities and able to work with a team to fix.
- Experience in setting up New relic and Splunk alerts and dashboards.
- Identify areas of improvements/Automation.
- Lead and mentor team members.
- Experience on supporting application deployed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Hands on experience in writing API's to interface with legacy applications and Databases
- Hands on experience in developing applications on cloud.
