Technical Lead

We're currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for leading the technical delivery stream, providing expert guidance and support to our development team, and ensuring the successful implementation of complex SAP S/4HANA solutions. You'll combine your deep technical expertise with strong leadership to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical track, encompassing SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, OData, PI/PO, and BTP.
• Actively participate in customer meetings to articulate and explain ABAP Best Practices.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, ensure quality assurance, and provide constructive feedback to developers.
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects through effective scoping, bug fixing, and smooth delivery handover.
• Utilize your expertise in transport management, development and project environments, and comprehensive development lifecycle management.
• Contribute significantly to estimation in technical workstreams.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with client stakeholders.
• Apply desired experience in SAP HANA modeling and native development.
• Leverage preferred functional knowledge in SCM (Supply Chain Management).
• Working experience in Japanese Projects is a plus.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Technical Lead.
• Proven experience in end-to-end delivery as a Technical Lead in SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Extensive experience in developing and maintaining SAP ABAP applications.
• Thorough understanding of ABAP best practices and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and influencing skills.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with SAP HANA modeling and native development.
• Knowledge of SCM (Supply Chain Management) is preferred.
