Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Lead based in Coimbatore, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, managing project timelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions. Key responsibilities include designing system architecture, overseeing software development processes, performing code reviews, and collaborating with stakeholders to define and deliver technical strategies that align with business goals. The role also requires mentorship of team members to enhance their technical expertise and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development, System Architecture, and Programming (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, or similar languages)
• Expertise in databases, APIs, and cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with Agile development practices, project management, and team leadership
• Strong problem-solving skills, debugging expertise, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of security, scalability, and performance considerations in software design
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Additional certifications in project management or cloud platforms are a plus
