Position Tech Lead

Role Type : Full Time

Location : Gurugram

Reporting To : CEO

Salary Range : Open + Stocks

Key Requirements

Communicate technology strategy to board and investors

Partner with Co-Founders and CXOs to define product and technology vision and

strategy

Aligning and providing feedback on the product and technology roadmap

Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage

Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably, and securely

Creating architectural blueprints for our products and projects working with

clients

Leading all aspects of the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis,

strategic planning, design/architecture, execution, deployment, and maintenance

Experience should be 8plus Years.

Process Development -

Work closely with product and business on prioritization, resource allocation, and

timelines

Building quality assurance and data protection processes, ensuring all technology

practices adhere to regulatory standards

Guiding the team in creating technical documentation and best practices of

technical processes

Team Management -

Managing in-house engineering team, contracted development partners

Driving performance, efficiency and effective

Skills

Nodejs,Reactjs, Angular

Database-Mongodb,SQL

Backend And Frontend technology.

AWS

Product integration.
