Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise in both Frontend (React.js) and Backend (Python or Node.js) development. The ideal candidate will have experience leading engineering teams, driving technical design and architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and delivering scalable software solutions.

Candidates with exposure to AI/ML and Data Engineering projects will be preferred. Project management and delivery coordination experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and high-performance applications.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and drive engineering best practices.
• Architect and develop full-stack solutions using React.js and Python or Node.js.
• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technology selection.
• Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Mentor and guide developers through technical challenges and career growth.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to define and implement solutions.
• Drive continuous improvements in application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Contribute to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide practical solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical roadmap discussions.
• Ensure adherence to Agile development methodologies and SDLC best practices.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js for frontend development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python or Node.js for backend development.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and microservices.
• Prior experience working as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, or equivalent role.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, architecture patterns, and scalable application development.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and modern development practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to AI/ML applications, LLMs, Generative AI, or AI-powered product development.
• Experience in Data Engineering, including data pipelines, ETL processes, data platforms, or big data technologies.
• Familiarity with vector databases, RAG implementations, or AI orchestration frameworks.
• Project management, sprint ownership, or delivery coordination experience.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project tracking tools.

Must-Have Criteria

• Strong hands-on coding expertise in React.js.

• Experience driving technical design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting or product engineering environment.

Preferred Background

• Candidates from IT Services, Product Engineering, Consulting, SaaS, AI, or Data Engineering organizations.
• Experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to large-scale, enterprise-grade software development projects.
