Job Description

Job Title: Offshore Full Stack Developer (React JS, Node JS, AWS, Flutter) Overview We are seeking a skilled and versatile Offshore Developer with hands-on experience in React JS, Node JS, AWS cloud services, Flutter mobile app development, and modern CI/CD practices. The candidate will work closely with onsite teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable applications across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, high‑performance web interfaces using React JS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, Hooks, and modern frontend patterns.
• Build backend services, APIs, and microservices using Node JS, Express.js, and related frameworks.
• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud solutions on AWS, leveraging services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, RDS/DynamoDB, ECS/EKS, and Cognito.
• Develop cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring smooth performance on both iOS and Android.
• Manage version control and collaboration using GitHub, Git branching strategies, and pull request workflows.
• Set up and maintain GitHub Actions for automated builds, testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for web, backend, and mobile apps with automated tests and environment-based deployments.
• Ensure code quality through thorough unit test coverage using Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, Flutter test suites, or similar frameworks.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate effectively with onsite product owners, architects, QA, and design teams. Required Skills & Experience
• 4–8+ years of experience in full‑stack development, including web and mobile projects.
• Strong proficiency in React JS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and UI component design.
• Solid backend development experience with Node JS, Express.js, RESTful APIs, authentication, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with multiple AWS services and cloud-native design principles.
• Experience developing and deploying cross‑platform mobile apps using Flutter.
• Strong experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions (CI/CD pipelines).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience writing unit tests and ensuring high test coverage across frontend, backend, and mobile codebases. Nice-to-Have
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Exposure to serverless application development on AWS.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices.
• Experience with automated mobile build tools (Fastlane, Codemagic). Soft Skills
