IT Technical Recruiter - USA, Europe/UK shifts

Location: Bangalore, India (on-site; WFH possible after 2 months, based on performance)

Shift: USA night shift (EST)

Experience: 2 to 5 years in IT recruitment for US staffing

Compensation: Competitive salary plus quarterly bonus and incentives

Joining: Immediate joiners only (notice period of 15 days or less)

About The Role

Recruit for US, UK and Europe IT roles (contract, contract-to-hire and full-time), covering the full cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and submit candidates for niche, senior technology roles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and internal databases
• Check each candidate's skills, communication, availability, work authorization and rate
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers and onboarding
• Keep candidate and submission records up to date in the ATS
• Meet monthly targets for submissions, interviews and placements
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT technical recruitment for US clients
• Expert sourcing on LinkedIn (Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray search) and job boards such as Dice, Monster, Naukri and Ceipal
• Experience recruiting for niche, hard-to-fill roles such as AI/ML, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle data migration and cybersecurity
• Knowledge of US work authorization types (H-1B, H-4 EAD, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills
• Experience using an ATS
• Comfortable working the EST night shift, plus UK/Europe hours when needed
• Bangalore-based candidates preferred; relocation will be considered
• Own laptop and high-speed internet
