About The Role-
As an Technical Interviewer at Newton School of Technology, you will play a vital role in evaluating students technical capabilities and communication skills during the admissions process. You'll ensure a fair, structured, and high-quality assessment experience for every candidate while maintaining the academic standards and ethos of NST.
Key Responsibilities-
- Conduct academic interviews as per defined guidelines and allotted schedules.
- Ensure fair, unbiased, and standardized evaluation of all students.
- Use structured rubrics to provide consistent scoring across candidates.
- Deliver qualitative feedback highlighting each student's strengths, gaps, and areas of improvement.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and decorum during all student interactions.
- Flag any irregularities, misconduct, or technical issues promptly to the program team.
Qualifications-
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong conceptual understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Problem-Solving.
- Prior experience in mentoring, teaching, or evaluating students is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using digital platforms for online interviews and assessments.
