About The Role
We are looking for a Technical Integration Specialist to partner closely with our merchants and ensure they have a smooth experience integrating our platform. In this role, you will be the go-to technical advisor and integration guide helping merchants understand our APIs, troubleshoot issues, and successfully launch their products with us. You'll bridge the gap between technical implementation and customer success, ensuring that every merchant sees value from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Merchant Onboarding & Integration Support: Guide merchants step-by-step through the technical integration process from initial setup and sandbox testing to going live.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist merchants with API queries, webhook configurations, SDK usage, and platform errors by diagnosing issues and providing solutions quickly.
- Manage Merchant Queries : Own and resolve all customer queries and tickets on Intercom (Support platform) and Discord
- Documentation & Resources: Contribute to building and improving integration guides, FAQs, and support documentation based on merchant feedback.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product and engineering teams to relay merchant feedback, escalate complex issues, and advocate for customer needs.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in a technical support, solutions engineering or integration success role at a SaaS or fintech company.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and REST/JSON fundamentals.
- Ability to read and understand code snippets (JavaScript, Python, or similar) - coding expertise is a plus but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills - able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working directly with merchants, handling support tickets, and providing live onboarding sessions
Nice to Have
- Experience with payment platforms, SaaS billing solutions, or developer-facing products.
- Prior experience working in startups or fast-paced product environments.
- Familiarity with SQL or basic scripting for debugging and analysis.
