Hiring: Technical Informaticist
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Remote
We are seeking a Technical Informaticist with expertise in HL7 standards and clinical decision support (CDS) to design and develop high-quality CDS and digital quality measure (DQM) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy CDS and DQM artifacts using CQL and FHIR
- Collaborate with clinicians and stakeholders to refine requirements
- Improve CDS development tools, workflows, and compliance
- Conduct training sessions on CDS authoring
Required Skills
- 3+ years of commercial software development experience (Agile, GitHub, SDLC)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with CQL and FHIR
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, or Python
- Strong knowledge of JSON
- Experience with ICD-10-CM, SNOMED CT, LOINC, RxNorm
- Background in clinical informatics
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating CDS with EHR systems (e.g., Epic)
- Exposure to Generative AI, ML, or NLP
- Familiarity with FHIR Shorthand (FSH)
