We are seeking a strategic Technical Hiring Lead to partner closely with technology and consulting leadership and drive hiring for senior IT, architecture, presales, and consulting leadership roles across EU, UK, and US markets. The role combines hands-on leadership hiring with Talent Acquisition leadership, including mentoring a small team, in a high-energy, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with technology and consulting leadership to understand hiring needs and design effective hiring strategies
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior IT and leadership roles, including Solution Architects, Presales Architects, and Consulting Partners
  • Drive hiring across enterprise technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Cloud, and Big Data
  • Manage and mentor a small TA team, ensuring quality delivery and timely closures
  • Personally handle complex and confidential leadership searches
  • Drive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and market mapping
  • Ensure structured screening, smooth interview processes, and strong candidate experience
  • Support offer strategy, negotiations, and long-term leadership pipeline building

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in senior IT and leadership hiring
  • Proven strategic thinker with strong leadership stakeholder partnership
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring recruiters
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
  • Experience hiring for enterprise technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Cloud, or Big Data
  • Experience supporting EU, UK, and US hiring
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Willingness to work US time zones (night shift 6.30pm to 2.30 am)

Education

Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
