Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Technical Head. The Technical Head will oversee technical operations, evaluate and improve EV charging systems, provide technical support, and lead a team of professionals. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring projects meet safety and operational standards. In addition, the Technical Head will mentor and train team members and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proven problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Expertise in Technical Support and operational troubleshooting
- Proven experience in Team Management and the ability to lead and mentor diverse teams
- Experience in providing Training to enhance team skills and competencies
- Understanding of EV charging infrastructure and related technologies is highly beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is required; advanced technical qualifications are an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver measurable results
