Duty Engineer

Engineering Operations Management

• Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of all building systems including electrical, HVAC, PAC, plumbing, sanitary, and elevators

• Conduct daily inspection of logbooks, checklists, and maintenance schedules

• Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance (52-week schedule)

• Coordinate shutdowns and maintenance activities with OEM and stakeholders

Preventive Maintenance & Technical Support

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs

• Ensure closure of all PM work orders through facility management tools

• Track equipment performance and maintenance history

• Support technical staff in resolving engineering issues

Vendor & Contract Management

• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and service delivery

• Ensure compliance with manufacturer recommendations and contract terms

• Track vendor performance and escalate deviations

• Manage procurement follow-ups and work order closures

Safety, Compliance & Risk Management

• Support emergency evacuation procedures and safety protocols

• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards

• Participate in audits (internal, external, client)

• Maintain statutory compliance documentation

Facility Systems & Infrastructure Management

• Oversee critical infrastructure including HT/LT systems, DG sets, chillers, STP, and pump rooms

• Monitor builder responsibilities and ensure contractual compliance

• Track utility services such as diesel and water supply
