What this job involves:
Duties & responsibilities
Operations Management Oversee all facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems, and building automation. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, environmental standards, and corporate policies. Maintain business continuity through preventive maintenance programs and emergency preparedness planning. Manage workplace services including reception, mailroom, security, janitorial, and food service operations. Optimize space utilization and coordinate moves, adds, and changes to support organizational needs.
Technical Competencies: Deep knowledge of building systems, MEP engineering, and facility infrastructure. Expertise in budget development, financial analysis, and contract negotiation.

Preparing all facility reports and utilities data
Coordinating with all AMC vendors and technical staff.

Incident management
Installation & Configuration Oversee or perform physical installation of AV equipment including mounting, cabling, and rack configuration. Configure video endpoints, DSPs (digital signal processors), and network settings for optimal performance. Program control systems and touch panels for intuitive user interfaces. Conduct room calibration including camera positioning, audio tuning, and lighting optimization.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide tier 2/3 technical support for video conferencing issues across the organization. Diagnose and resolve problems with video quality, audio feedback, connectivity, and user experience. Respond to urgent support requests during critical meetings and executive presentations. Coordinate with network teams to resolve bandwidth, QoS, and firewall issues affecting video performance.
Maintenance & Monitoring Perform regular preventive maintenance on video conferencing equipment. Monitor system health using management platforms and proactively address potential failures. Apply firmware updates, security patches, and software upgrades during maintenance windows. Maintain accurate documentation including system diagrams, configuration settings, and asset inventories.
