Job Title: Technical Executive Facility Management
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Reporting To: Facility Manager / Assistant Facility Manager
Role Summary:
Responsible for managing MEP and civil maintenance operations, ensuring preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and compliance with safety and service standards at the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and civil systems.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs and manage breakdowns.
- Maintain documentation including logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure adherence to site protocols.
- Manage inventory of critical spares and consumables.
- Generate daily reports and assist in service audits.
- Handle shift operations independently and assume AFM responsibilities when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
- 35 years of experience in facility or building operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with safety standards and client service delivery.
