Technical Execution Manager

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

• Support Department Head and Business teams in preparing project execution plans considering capacity, priorities, and timelines.
• Actively participate in contract review meetings to align execution schedules and deliverables.
• Monitor and track project execution progress against plan; raise timely alerts to mitigate risks and ensure achievement of FTR (First Time Right) and OTDIF (On-Time Delivery In-Full) targets.

Automation Software and Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure all automation software (PLC, HMI, SCADA) meet regulatory compliances including 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and GAMP 5 guidelines.
• Validate and verify that automation deliverables align with organization standards and customer requirements.
• Drive standardization and master software development for PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
• Manage and maintain master codes and documents with proper change and version control procedures.

Customer and Installation Support

• Provide technical support to customers during installation, commissioning, and validation phases.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for troubleshooting and ensuring smooth handover of automation systems.

Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare and maintain project-related documentation for audits, validations, and internal compliance checks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in automation design and execution processes.
