We are seeking a Technical Entrepreneur in Residence to lead the development and execution of multiple high-priority projects. This is a high-leverage role for a seasoned engineer and strategist who has been there, done that.
You will act as the technical lead across our venture portfolio, bridging the gap between raw business concepts and market-ready products. While this is not a Co-Founder role, you will be treated as a founding member of our leadership team, with a compensation package that includes a significant equity upside tied to the success of the projects you bring to life.
Key ResponsibilitiesMulti-Project Execution: Simultaneously oversee the technical roadmap for 24 distinct projects, ensuring rapid delivery and high standards.
Vetting & Architecture: Evaluate new business ideas for technical feasibility and design the initial architecture to ensure long-term scalability.
Fractional CTO Leadership: Lead the build phase for new ventures, from writing the first lines of code to hiring the dedicated engineering teams that will eventually take over.
Optimization: Audit existing technical workflows and implement modern DevOps, CI/CD, and security best practices across the board.
Experience & RequirementsFounding Experience (Required): You have previously founded a startup, served as a CTO, or been an early-stage employee #1. You understand the pressure, the pivots, and the persistence required to build from zero.
Technical Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience in modern full-stack development. You should be comfortable leading in environments involving AI/LLMs, distributed systems, or complex SaaS architectures.
Product Intuition: You don't just build features; you build products. You can translate business KPIs into technical requirements without hand-holding.
Resourcefulness: You are an expert at doing more with lessutilizing low-code tools where they make sense and building custom, high-performance engines where they don't.
