Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Engineering Manager to lead and mentor our AI & ML engineering team supporting SDS. This role will provide strategic and technical leadership across multiple geographies, ensuring delivery excellence in advanced AI/ML initiatives including traditional ML models, deep learning, LLMs, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills to mentor teams, manage performance, and drive innovation in building cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership oversight for people, performance, and technology across distributed teams.
• Manage and mentor AI/ML engineers, fostering career growth and technical excellence.
• Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisals.
• Oversee development and delivery of AI/ML solutions: ML models, deep learning, LLMs, AI agents, and Gen AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and report progress to senior leadership.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and scalability of AI/ML solutions for US healthcare customers.
• Implement best practices in software development, architecture, and agile methodologies.
• Manage resource planning, hiring, and team capacity to meet project demands.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years in team management roles.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams that have built cutting-edge AI/ML products.
