Role Description

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, solutions and services offered by the organization.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and technological advancements relevant to the power sector.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to understand customer requirements, challenges, and opportunities in the power sector.
  • Assist in developing customized solutions, proposals and presentations to address customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for clients, prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Showcase the features, functionalities, and benefits of products and services to highlight their value proposition and competitive advantage.
  • Leverage technical expertise to upsell and cross-sell complementary solutions that align with customer requirements and enhance value delivery.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and technical consultant to address customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide post-sales support.
  • Gather market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to inform product development, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales teams to develop and execute revenue generation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead by example in fostering a culture of proactive sales engagement, customer-centricity and continuous improvement to achieve revenue targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Design, test, and update electrical systems to maintain quality and safety in the components
  • Collaborate and coordinate with engineers, and other electric and electronic technicians to deliver state-of-the-art engineering solutions
  • Keep up with the latest electronic engineering trends and technological innovations in the field
  • Perform basic administrative duties like writing specifications and reports about the circuits or systems developed
  • Undertake project planning activities and ensure that the work stays within the planned budgets and timelines

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills applicable to test and measurement instruments
  • Ability to operate technical tools and software related to the power sector
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills for technical support.
  • candidate has to travel in and arround Gujarat to provide demonstrate our products
  • Attention to detail, technical documentation, and compliance with industry standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Previous experience in the power sector or working with testing and measurement systems is an advantage
