You will be part of Shared Services Center which is comprises of Technical, IT and commercial services into a centralized unit that serves multiple business units. The goal is to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and standardize processes across the organization.

Educational Qualification
- Completed IT vocational training with a focus on system integration and relevant professional experience in the virtual workplace field.
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable discipline. (preferred)
- Certifications in virtualization (e.g., Citrix Certified Associate/Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty).
- ITIL certification (e.g., Foundation) to support IT service processes.
- Knowledge of PowerShell or similar scripting languages.
- Experience with monitoring/management tools (e.g., ControlUp, Director, Endpoint Manager).
Professional Qualification/ Requirement of technology for job profile(essential)
- Operation and further development of VDI/remote desktop environments (e.g., Citrix, AVD, RDS)
- Troubleshooting, performance optimization, and automation in the area of virtual workplaces
- Collaboration within international IT service organizations
- Project participation in rollouts or migrations within the virtual workplace environment
- Experience in implementing security and compliance requirements

Tasks / area of responsibility
- Technical operation of virtual workplace solutions: Ensuring the stable and secure operation of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Azure virtual Desktop (AVD) and other virtualized workplace technologies.
- System monitoring and error analysis: Proactive monitoring of systems, analyzing disruptions and performance issues, and initiating appropriate corrective actions.
- Technical development and optimization: Identifying and implementing technical improvements to increase efficiency, user-friendliness, and cost optimization.
- Support for rollouts and migrations: Providing technical assistance during the introduction of new features, updates, or migrations within the virtual workplace environment.
- Documentation and knowledge management: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, operating manuals, and knowledge bases to ensure sustainable operations.
- Security and compliance implementation: Implementing and adhering to security policies, data protection requirements, and regulatory standards in the area of virtual workplace.
- Collaboration with service owners and architects: Supporting the implementation of architectural guidelines, innovation projects, and lifecycle management of deployed technologies.
