processing guidelines, installation guidelines,
product catalogues, planningdocuments, product
information and price lists for aluminium products

» Technical product designer with an affinity and eye for publication anddesign,
alternatively media designer with an affinity for technical description and
linear working methods.
» Presentation of complex topics in a simple and understandable way.
» Structured and diligent work even in a complex environment.
» Team player, communicative and self-confident personality
» Experience in technical documentation and/or specific knowledge of windows
and doors and their manufacture and/or products is an advantage.
» Very good verbal and written English language skills

Job Description
» Assist with estimating and presentation of quotes to clients in conjunction with design team.
» Realization of manuscripts and layout with publishing system.
» Develop deep understanding of ours and other products that goalong –
including their features, specifications, manufacturing & installation processes,
and maintenance requirements.
» Creation of CAD drawings and image data.
» Produce clear, concise and accurate technical content that effectively
communicates complex information to diverse audience.
» Coordinate for information gathering, approval process, proofreading and publication of the documentation produced ensuring accuracy and
completeness
» Ensuring uniform technical specifications in all documentation as well as
conformity and up-to-datedness with applicable guidelines and standards.
» Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from customers and
stakeholders to improve clarity and effectiveness of the documentation.
» Archiving and sustainable updating of all documentation.
» Compliance with the corporate design
» Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to educate on the use and
implementation of technical documentation.
