Technical Design Engineer to oversee MEP projects across India and internationally, ensuring innovative,
efficient, and compliant design solutions.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Design Engineer to join our growing team. We can give you the opportunity to use
your technical skills to provide high quality inputs for our ongoing projects, you will work on a variety of projects varying from commercial buildings (Data Centre's, Hotels & Hospitals etc.) to Infrastructure
Projects (Tunnels, Airports, Metro's etc.) and Industrial Plants
Job Description
- Analyzing Auto CAD drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) &
HVAC services and extract Bill Of Quantities (BOQ)
- Capable of producing below mentioned Auto CAD drawings independently
as per clients project requirements
- HVAC Ducting layout & models.
- Piping layout & models, piping general arrangements, pipe routing studies
Plumbing drawings & riser diagrams
- Development of plans and section drawings
- Effectively managing Models, Drawings & BOQ's for different projects
- Responsible for coordinating assigned scope of work with other disciplines to generate a
clash free drawings and models
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 2-3years of experience in MEP industry.
- Shall be proficient in AutoCAD and Navisworks BIM platform
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with Engineers / Other disciplines
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Location: Thane
Working Conditions
Hours: Full-time, typically 45hours per week. Additional hours may be required based on project demands.
Travel: Occasional travel to project sites and client meetings may be necessary.
