Our internal R&D team plays a vital role in exploring the latest tools and technologies to keep us ahead in the no-code/low-code space.

Job Summary

We are hiring a technically sound and presentable individual who is passionate about technology and content creation. This role is focused on internal research, creating demo-ready materials, and producing technical documentation and educational content. You will not be responsible for client project execution. Your primary role is to study tools, work closely with our engineering team, and convert their workflows into clear, engaging learning materials.

Key Responsibilities

Research and Exploration

• Continuously explore new automation tools, AI platforms, and SaaS solutions
• Stay updated with software changelogs, feature updates, and industry trends
• Attend internal demos and gain knowledge from engineering teams
  
  

Video Demonstrations and Presentations

• Record screen-based walkthroughs and tool demonstrations
• Prepare scripts and conduct technical video recordings (with or without voiceover)
• Build training decks, feature explainers, and onboarding materials
  
  

Documentation and Technical Writing

• Create clear, structured documentation and internal SOPs
• Prepare visual process diagrams, flowcharts, and mind maps
• Build tutorial guides, tool comparison charts, and quick-start resources
  
  

Internal Team Coordination

• Work closely with the automation team to understand solutions being developed
• Convert complex workflows into simple, presentation-ready content
• Suggest improvements in the internal documentation and demo process
  
  

Candidate Profile:- Technical Demonstration & Content Specialist

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Degree in Computer Applications, IT, or Computer Science (BCA / MCA / B.Tech preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Quick learner with a deep interest in software and automation tools
• Confident and presentable personality with a professional demeanor
• Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Loom, Canva, Notion, or similar
• Comfortable working independently on research and content creation
  
  

Preferred Qualifications And Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, Slack, and other no-code tools
• Prior exposure to technical content creation or YouTube-style educational videos
• Ability to create or edit visual diagrams (using tools like Miro, Lucidchart, Whimsical)
• Basic understanding of video editing or screen recording techniques

Compensation

Competitive salary Rs. 25000 to 30000 per month (1-2 years experience)
