Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise implementations
  • Lead all Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, demos
  • Define, enforce, and continuously refine Definition of Done (DoD)
  • Translate business requirements into technical execution plans
  • Chair steering committee meetings with client executives
  • Prepare and present project status, risks, dependencies, and quality metrics
  • Drive adoption of AI Agents and Agentic Workflows across client environments
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers on solution design
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to align delivery expectations
  • Mentor junior engineers and consultants on delivery best practices

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 57 years delivering enterprise software or digital transformation projects
  • Strong experience with SaaS implementations, system integration, or workflow automation
  • Hands-on familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
  • Knowledge of low-code platforms, iPaaS, ETL / Reverse ETL
  • Exposure toPREFERRED AI-driven solutions
  • Strong client engagement and communication skills

PREFERRED

  • Domain experience in BFSI, Telecom, or other enterprise verticals
  • Prior experience in technical delivery leadership roles
