Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple technology domains. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex IT projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery, and driving technical excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of software projects across multiple clients and domains.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality metrics.
  • Ensure successful execution of delivery processes aligned with client expectations and SLAs.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on delivery-related matters.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure transparency in communication.
  • Manage escalations effectively to maintain client trust and satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Lead cross-functional technical teams including developers, testers, DevOps, and architects.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical oversight to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Technical Governance & Best Practices

  • Define and enforce best practices in software development, CI/CD, cloud adoption, and DevOps.
  • Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to ensure solution integrity and scalability.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery frameworks and processes.

Financial & Operational Management

  • Manage project budgets, profitability, and resource utilization.
  • Prepare and track delivery metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
  • Contribute to pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development when required.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT delivery, including 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale projects in an IT services or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience or strong understanding of technologies such as Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, APIs, and Enterprise Application Development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or ITIL certifications preferred.
