About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple technology domains. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex IT projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery, and driving technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of software projects across multiple clients and domains.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality metrics.
- Ensure successful execution of delivery processes aligned with client expectations and SLAs.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on delivery-related matters.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure transparency in communication.
- Manage escalations effectively to maintain client trust and satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead cross-functional technical teams including developers, testers, DevOps, and architects.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical oversight to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Technical Governance & Best Practices
- Define and enforce best practices in software development, CI/CD, cloud adoption, and DevOps.
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to ensure solution integrity and scalability.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery frameworks and processes.
Financial & Operational Management
- Manage project budgets, profitability, and resource utilization.
- Prepare and track delivery metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
- Contribute to pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development when required.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in IT delivery, including 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale projects in an IT services or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
- Hands-on experience or strong understanding of technologies such as Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, APIs, and Enterprise Application Development.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or ITIL certifications preferred.
