Responsibilities:

  • Leads team for both performance management and project delivery
  • Interacts with internal leadership and business team demonstrating ideas, thought leadership
  • Translating leadership directions into actionable items and track till closure
  • Create a culture of innovation within the team
  • Provide timely feedback to create a high performing team
  • Provide opportunities for the team members to grow in their career
  • Proactively recommends emerging technologies and appropriate technical approaches
  • Coordinate with technical direction, future planning and standard development processes
  • Understand business domain and product roadmap of application
  • Work closely with upstream and downstream teams for product integration

Education & Experience Required:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems or MCA or equivalent degree.
  • 10-13 yrs of IT Experience with min of 5 years into IT project development and 7+ into IT project delivery (SSDLC)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience on agile delivery
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, including ability to articulate solutions to a senior as well as a detailed/technical audience
  • Good knowledge of managing risks associated with project delivery
  • Good experience on managing stakeholders
  • Good experience on leading delivery by defining and planning for production releases including various milestones
  • Good to have experience on managing products delivery which has multiple integration teams
  • Good knowledge on tracking various delivery metrics to optimize productivity and processes
  • Good at Problem solving, Adaptability, Negotiation and Time management
  • Certified Scrum Master (SSM)

Preferred but not Mandatory:

  • PMP Certification
