- Bachelors degree in civil or related disciplines, Mechanical, Architectural, Electrical;
- Instrumentation Engineering;
- Over eighteen (18) years of related experience;
- Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

- Team builder, communicator, motivator, positive/professional leader, staff mentor/advocate;
- Capable of developing strong working relationships and partnerships with global stakeholders and other TSU groups;
- High level of operational and financial capabilities including the proactive delivery of Client;
- Revenues, Operating Income, and Profit.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior leadership experience including managing large technical teams;
- Prior experience providing exemplary service to both our external and internal clients;
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the business (eg, utilization, project profitabilityoverhead, staffing, etc);
- masters Degree;
- Relevant professional accreditation.
