Requirment Infrastructure Technical Delivery Manager -Night Shift Only

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Understand the customers technical requirements and develop a staffing plan and job descriptions for technical resources
• Work with recruiting team in screening and interviewing candidates to fill the IT applications and infrastructure positions
• Conduct online technical evaluations of the candidates
• Submit technical evaluation report to the customers
• Work in US CST time zone

Requirements:

• Must have 10+ years of experience managing technical teams
• Must have experience working as a Infrastructur or software developer
• Must have good understanding of both infrastructure technologies and applications
• Strong IT background with hands-on experience in various Technologies
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work independently with proven records in leading a team
• Excellent sense of prioritization and time management
• Highly organized, strategically oriented with a professional demeanor
• Candidate should be from Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) background or equivalent
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, including servers, end-user computing, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Infrastructure Management: Server management (Windows, Linux)
• Data center operations and Cloud Technologies (AWS (EC2, S3, IAM)
• Azure (Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory)
• Cloud migration and integration
