Job Description
- Experienced professional with 14-18 years of relevant experience to work in a challenging and dynamic environment.
- Responsible for leading and managing a team of talented individuals (.NET Developers and QA engineers), ensuring the successful execution of complex projects and initiatives.
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to make data-driven decisions to drive organizational growth and success.
- Skilled in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and cost-effective project delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team, setting clear goals and objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and implement effective risk management strategies to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Mentor and develop the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and drive operational efficiency.
- Represent the organization in external forums, conferences, and industry events to enhance the company's visibility and brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a postgraduate degree or certification being an added advantage.
- Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership experience of 12-16 years.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects and initiatives, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in the use of project management software, data analysis tools, and other relevant technologies.
