Role Overview

The Technical Delivery Lead will own the end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise-scale Unify Apps implementations. This role demands strong experience in digital transformation delivery, AI-driven solutions, and stakeholder engagement across large enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day technical delivery for enterprise implementations
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
• Define, enforce, and continuously improve Definition of Done across teams
• Drive adoption of AI Agents and Agentic Workflows in client environments
• Translate business requirements into technical execution plans
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on solution design
• Manage delivery health including scope, risks, dependencies, and quality
• Lead steering committee meetings and executive stakeholder reviews
• Prepare and present detailed delivery and status reports
• Mentor junior engineers and consultants on delivery best practices

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise software or digital transformation projects
• Mandatory hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions
• Strong SaaS implementation and system integration experience
• Expertise in Agile delivery methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with low-code platforms, iPaaS, ETL / Reverse ETL
• Domain exposure in BFSI, Telecom, or large enterprise verticals
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices
