Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Success who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients projects. This role involves managing end-to-end client communication, coordinating project deliverables, publishing applications across multiple platforms and ensuring smooth execution through structured project management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (development, QA, design, operations) to manage project execution and delivery.
- Handle the publishing and deployment of web, Android, iOS and other applications, ensuring timely releases and updates.
- Facilitate and coordinate project management activities, including tracking timelines, deliverables and dependencies.
- Conduct and document Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) for every client meeting, ensuring clear communication of action items and sharing them promptly with clients via email.
- Proactively follow up with clients on pending tasks and ensure smooth progress.
- Monitor project health and escalate risks or blockers to leadership and clients as necessary.
- Ensure ongoing support, adoption and success of Mogi IO's solutions for clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and strengthening long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in customer success, client servicing, account management, or project coordination, preferably in SaaS/Tech/IT services.
- Hands-on understanding of mobile and web app publishing (Android Play Store, Apple App Store, and Web platforms).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prepare structured MoMs and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, MS Teams, Slack, etc.).
- Proactive problem-solving attitude with strong accountability.
