Actively engage with Engineering Customer Units (ECUs) to understand their setups, workflows, and requirements for ART solutions in CI/CD/CT pipelines.
Serve as a dedicated liaison for customers, connecting them with internal teams and advocating for their needs regarding ART solutions.
Conduct user trainings, workshops, and marketing initiatives to educate customers on tool capabilities, best practices, and advanced features.
Gather customer feedback and insights, and communicate them effectively to ART development teams to drive product improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on creation, discussion, and governance of principles focused on ART tools and user needs in CI/CD/CT environments.
